Nigel’s leadership has been instrumental in delivering some of the world’s most recognisable projects, including The Heart of Europe in Dubai — a multi-billion-dollar, award-winning island development redefining luxury and sustainability on a global scale. His portfolio also includes landmark residential and hospitality towers such as The Bridge, The Matrix, The First Collection Marina, and Metro Central in Dubai, each contributing to the city’s dynamic skyline and investment growth.
Beyond the Middle East, Nigel has spearheaded significant projects across Europe, from the 2,000-unit master-planned community of Arenal Golf in Spain to high-demand developments such as La Cala Hills, Elviria Hills, and Duquesa Port on the Costa del Sol.
